The Florence Douglas Senior Center is offered to the public for meetings, parties, anniversaries, conferences and more.

The center has a large central room with a capacity of up to 200 people. For smaller gatherings, the room may be configured with the movable wall into two seperate spaces. Capacity of up to 130 people in the large space or up to 70 people in the smaller space. The center has convenient off street parking.

Large Central Room - Room A/B - Accommodates 100 - 200 people
$180 per hour - $500 Security Deposit

Medium Room - Room A - Accommodates up to 130 people
$100 per hour - $250 Security Deposit

Small Room - Room B - Accommodates up to 70 people
$80 per hour - $250 Security Deposit

Option Service Fees:

Maintenance Personnel: $22 per hour
Security Personnel: $22 per hour

The center has a kitchen available for caterer use with:
