- Vacaville, Epiphany Church, 300 West St., 1st and 3rd Wednesdays, 10:30am-11:30am
- Vallejo, Community Center, 225 Amador St., 2nd and 4th Wednesdays, 10a-11a
- Vallejo, N. King Center, 545 Magazine St., 2nd and 4th Wednesdays, 10:30a-11:30a
Program Guidelines:
- Must be 55 years or older
- Must live in Solano County
- Only one participant per household
- Must meet program income guidelines: Less than $1,170 mon., 1 person hh., $2,190, 2 person hh.
- Participants can use only one distribution site

HICAP - One-on-one consulting on medicare coverage.
Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) representative will meet with clients on the 4th Friday of each month by appointment only. Please call 1-800-434-0222. HICAP provides objective information and assistance to people who need help in understanding Medicare, supplemental insurance, long-term care insurance, senior HMO plans, and assistance with Medicare billing and claims'. 4th Friday from 9am - 1pm Free |
