President's message:

This month we celebrate Senior Citizens’ Day on August 27 at the Senior Center----Wednesday from 9-11am. Stop by to share your experiences, talent, and enjoy others. If you would like to attend the City Council Meeting on August 12, 2008, a Proclamation will be given to celebrate this day. Please come.
This month I saw an excellent movie which I would recommend for your entertainment. It is “The Bucket List” and stars Jack Nicholson & Morgan Freeman. It is about two men dying of cancer who make up a list of things to accomplish before they die (kick the bucket). An excellent thought of what to put on your list is the answer to Morgan’s questions: “Have you found joy in your life?” ‘Has your life brought joy to others?
